			<description><![CDATA[<p>I agree Pack.  It&#x27;s a nice story and the man didn&#x27;t have to go out of his way to return it.  I like to look on the bright side, but maybe he was hoping to get a reward.  You are absolutely correct.  Even if you have an account at a bank and deposit a check for that amount, there is still a hold on it for 10 days.  Some banks make you wait as much as 30 days unless it&#x27;s a direct deposit or wire transfer.</p>]]></description>
