Good comments: Problem is - in the upcoming election most voters will go out and vote the same old bunch of thieves. Nothing is going to change until the crooked politicians are run out of town. Too bad.

Justx Read the book, browse the Fair Tas site. I've listened to one of the authors of the book here in Atlanta. You curb government spending by the amount of money you let them have via your own spending.

I like Rick's post and agree, but that doesn't mean I approve of the fair tax proposal. Since this isn't my blog, I won't go into detail. Curb government spending and cut all the loopholes. Fair tax will help the rich..do the math.

Good post rick. I also want to mention this. Did anyone notice how the gas prices immediately dropped by around 8 cents or so?..HMMMM What happened to that whole demand crap, and oil refineries having to change the oil mix from summer blend to a winter blend, so they have to shut down refineries to accomplish this bullschmidt.

Illegals and drug dealers also pay in this system rather than skating free. People below the poverty line receive money so no money out of their pockets. The economy thrives as cost of compliance is eliminated.
