However there is nothing to stop you from meditating and visualizing having winning numbers because whatever you focus on you'll achieve sooner or later. May take some practice and time but there are lots of Law of Attraction sites and groups on the internet with some good ideas which can be applied to the lottery with a bit of imagination.
