			<description><![CDATA[<p>&#x3c;br /&#x3e;I agree with time*treat as far as general programming goes.  However, I have watched fascinating programs on Discovery, Animal Planet, History Channel and, as boring as it is sometimes, C-Span is very informative and interesting sometimes.  I also love PBS, especially its concerts and Masterpiece Theatre.  This Old House is extremely informative.  There is currently a series on world news and the role of the media in society.
