Thanks Todd. I don't usually get too involved in these "discussions". But I just have a really hard time understanding what happened the last few years after 9-11. How quickly people forget Bill Clinton signed into law legislation which allowed corporations to overstate assets thereby precipitating massive bankruptcies of Global Crossing, Enron, etc. which the Bush Administration inherited along with a terrorist attack Clinton's inaction also precipitated.

I'm glad you wrote that Todd. I don't want to accept the polls as they are now. I don't want Obama to win. Mc Cain or Hillary or ANYONE, so long as they are not singing the tune of taking my weapons from me. Taking them away from law abiding citizens to be rampaged by the criminals is in itself a criminal act.

I do not believe that we need or should adjust our foreign policy to appease any other country. Every country is going to form their own policy to their own benefit. Finally, I'm not nor ever have been in the habit of cowering under my bed in fear. I do not like war either, and would very much prefer not to be in one. If we had a non-intervention, non-aggression foreign policy in place during the last four decades, 9/11 wouldn't have happened and we wouldn't be ensconced in a "War on Terror" or any other war for that matter. Americans wouldn't be cowering under their beds in fear. I don't put all the blame on our current dictator...this has been going on since the end of World War II and we are paying dearly for it.

Has EVERYONE forgotten what happened so soon? I would rather fight terror over seas than at home. Stop and think just how easy it would be to plant bombs along interstate highways. I'm surprised that nobody thinks or cares about that. If Musharraf loses control of his military and terrorists get control of their nukes, what do you think they are going to do? Between the two, my vote would go to Obama. Between anyone vs. John McCain, my vote would go to anyone. McCain has stated that he doesn't care if we're in Iraq for 100 years. 70% of the American public disagree with him. Also he is a short-tempered, arrogant man who thinks he has all the answers. It's his way or the highway. Sound familiar

Hillary is the same ole political machine we have now that's doing absolutely nothing for the working class. We need a total change in Washington. The Democrat majority was voted in to end the war, bring back jobs to this country, end the overwhelming lobbying, get rid of the illegal aliens, etc., and we are no closer to any of that than when we started.
