If it means getting more money to spend, whether it's for food, rent, a vacation or lottery tickets, they'll just be happy for the extra money. I mean, hypothetically, if the government decided to give everyone a new car but the money was coming from education, medicare or social security, most people would pick up the keys and happily drive away.
