I am black and in the U.S, i can tell if a black person is white personality wise or too black personality wise based on the way they dress, and sometimes based on their skin tone....You are going to tell me Iraki women can't pick them up? That's because they don't want.... Here in Panama people can pick up foreigners by the way they dress...
