or that it can take 1, just 1 trillion dollars place it in the bank and the 60 BILLION DOLLARS THAT IT WILL RECEIVE EACH DAMN YEAR, can be the GDP of the poorest country in the world, and this way you do this once every 10 years and you just jumpstarted the economy of the number 1 and number 2 poorest countries in the world...

Specially when i know that the U.S can take 1 trillion out of the 12 trillion that it makes EVERY DAMN YEAR AND THAT IT WILL CONTINUE MAKING 20 YEARS FROM NOW, AND take 1 trillion dollars and create a 1 million dollar winner, it will create, 1 million millionaires...99% of the population of Panama will never make 1 million dollars...

Well you are right it may not be a law that says it is illegal....but you can bet the state will come after you...And if you had morals, you will know that even though there is no law that says is illegal, you have a moral obligation to know that is illegal....In a way is kind of like robbing 30 banks at the same time....How much does a robber gets from robbing a bank? 5,000...How much can you win EASILY with an Illegal wheel? 10 million, no 200 million, NO ACTUALLY is 199 MILLION no is 198 mill...
