And when people tell you winning is everything on a race: is not, actually you win and will continue to win if 5 years later or 10 years later you continue to run...

And i rather see a woman and a group of women run a marathon of less miles and gain confidence and continue running 10 years later and 20 years later, than to see 1 star women run a marathon, win; 2 years later get scared and 10 years later don't even walk as exercise....
