			<description><![CDATA[<p>&#x3c;br /&#x3e;Anyway, I wanted to write that although I think of short sales and foreclosures as affecting only lower income families, look at the homes that are on the market.  I thought that most of the houses were under $200,000 - but maybe those are just the ones I&#x27;ve seen.  I was surprised to find so many in the million dollar price range.  I suppose that if someone has a $700,000 house and loses his/her job, it would have the same effect after savings are gone.
