2005:

$100 winner in April 2005 on a Junior Jumbo Bucks and a free ticket on a $2 Jumbo Bucks Classic with $3 in spare quarters I had. The day I hit this winner, I kept $70 and bought 3 $10 tickets and wound up hitting $20-$50-$20 on those. I kept $60 of that $90 and bought 15 $2 Jumbo Bucks Classic tickets and wound up only winning $3 and a free ticket.

I had a lot of good luck on these Money Bags tickets. I was constantly hitting double-digit ($12 and $24) and single-digit winners (free tickets to $6 or $9). 3 times I hit the money bag symbol for $36. This was my biggest one, though.

2006:

I used to have pretty good luck on these. It seemed like I would hit $15 and $25 winners (via JACKPOT $3 and $5 respectively) quite often. I hit this monster in the process. My mother bought one of these on the Friday before I left town for 3 days to see The Price Is Right in LA before Bob Barker retired (this was March 2007) and hit 10 # matches for $10 each (for a $100 winner).

2007:

I think Millionaire Super 7s was the 1st game that the GA Lottery retired while I was on a hot streak. I was constantly hitting $15 and $20 winners on these shortly before they retired them.

That 24 Karat Gold $48 winner was the 2nd one I hit on those. Other than that and a $24 winner, not much luck on those.

When these first came out, I had a nice lil' streak going. Managed this biggie in the process.

I loved the Fat Cat and Lucky Dog tickets when they first came out. I was hitting winners left and right on them. One time, there was a huge streak of winners that my mother and I both ran into. There were 8 winners of the 10 tickets we bought, and the winners totalled upwards of $70 or $80 IIRC.

Hit these goodies when I was out shopping last year.

2008 (in order):

January

I finally hit a big winner on the $2 Jumbo Bucks Classic. Most I had won on the $2 Jumbos prior to this was $25. One week after I hit this winner, my mother bought one and hit JUMBO $20.

February

I hit my 1st $100 winner since 2005 when the $10 Cash Explosion tickets came out. I'll take a single number match for $100 anytime, but it looks so sweet when you get special symbols to win the big prizes rather than a single number match.

Hoooooooooooooooooooollllllly cow. Enough said.

What....the? I think I sat down and got a horseshoe stuck up somewhere I won't mention in February.

March

Ran across these on my last day of college (I'll be getting my accounting diploma in a couple of months, but I'm officially done with college). Nice graduation present.

... [ More ]
