Here in Panama they painted every taxi cab in color yellow, like it was important, so bad that they are trying to imitate New York City, and yet they don't immitate the most important thing that is immitating the "New York Stock Exchange" and other exchange...The U.S got several "Stock Exhchange" what does Panama have? What does Chile got? What does Greece, Macedonia, Nigeria? Mexico?

In Panama here they don't want to put a "Lotto Stock Exchange" or a System that will resembles a Gigantic Stock Market, they don't want to clutter the country with "Free Lotteries" paying from 10,000 to 5 million, is the only thing i can think of....So much yeye's here in Panama....

The good thing about it is that you can also look at Panama's lottery which is a Pick4 but you must get the numbers straight...Is for Pick3, Pick4 and Lotto...

Impressive pattern found...Well not as impressive as LDF (Lotto Digits(al) Footprints) would have been, but nonetheless impressive...It makes me see the lotto in a new way...I am still working on it...Is not much a pattern as a way of looking at the lotto...But if you notice, you could find a pattern on it...Again you could track the pattern by hand or you could teach it to a supercomputer...Anyways, to be continued...
