When it seems that everyting is falling apart all around me?

We are energy and we attract like energy good or bad. So, when you or someone you love is going through challenges, don't take that perception and imprint it into your energy field. This does not mean you don't care about them or what they are going through, it's just that you are doing what you should be doing, helping them by helping yourself stay in the light!!

Even if you don't feel like trusting or believing this thought process, do it anyway. Try it and see for yourself. That is how we refuse the illusion and continue on the path in harmony with the Universe.
