Time*treat, I was only using him as an example of a more heinous crime (if that's possible) since children in the Day Care Center were killed by the bombing.

McVeigh was in federal prison and kept in solitary confinement. Very different than state prison in general population.

Nancy, it's no urban legend. Child molesters are "fair game" in prison. You would think that several years of being beaten and raped in prison would serve as a deterrent for repeat behavior, but many are released and repeat. My theory is that they like the treatment they receive in prison (masochists with a latent homosexual bend). For that reason repeat offenders of these crimes should get longer sentences.

Anyway, I am not vindictive and if this man gets raped in prison, it won't give the children back their innocence anyway. I think to make sure these creeps don't repeat, they should be surgically altered. (did I say I wasn't vindictive?) <br

A volunteer children's advocate has been arrested for molesting children. Doesn't that make you sick? I'm usually not one to convict someone after reading a few newspaper articles, since everyone has a right to be tried by a jury, but this piece of garbage videotaped his acts of perversion with children as young as 3 years old! He also took videos of sex with unconscious women whom he apparently drugged. How did a serial rapist become a Court Appointed Special Advocate?

When someone is accused of murder, he/she is often held without bail. So, although it's unlikely this man will raise $2 million, I wish the judge had made a statement. That is, we don't want people like this in society.

I'm not a lawyer (obviously) so can anyone tell me if the law limits the amount of bail a judge can set and if bail can be denied at a judge's discretion?

How did this man pass a background check?

Sorry - it's 1AM, I'm tired and just so darn sick of reading about these maggots.
