On the second video: I think if the kid was mouthy, the officer might have cause to haul him in (disorderly conduct). The officer *doesn't* have the right to threaten him with fake charges. When you take up the power of a gun and badge, you give up the right to "lose your cool".

<br />First I want to tell you I agree with what he says, but not how he presents his views. We need to stand up and say "No" to our leaders, remind them they work for the people, and protest when our rights are violated. But he would sound more credible to me if he used historical fact & didn't fabricate stories to get his point across. Not only 6 million Jews were killed. 15 million others were murdered for being Catholic, gay, handicapped, or just because a Nazi felt like shooting a family... [ More ]

I totally agree that many police officers abuse their power, but we didn't hear the entire tape. The young man could have mouthed off to him before the officer lost his cool.
