This sheet is State-Specific and with a very short hit window(usually 2-4 Draws), The hits are coming from the Pairs for Pick 4, and in Pick 4 Lists; with Pick 3 numbers an a No-Show at first glance; unless you are familiar with Mirror Numbers and how to use them; they are all over the place!
