			<description><![CDATA[<p>Yes they would. This country operates on tax revenue from various sources of consumer wages useage fees. Fall short of revenue in one area they will tax another. They want the funds to match their budget.&#x3c;br /&#x3e;They do not think about reduction in cost.&#x3c;br /&#x3e;As a tax payer and consumer we need to cut here and there. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Gas prices are high we all know that.<br /><br />Seen an article about the increase in ridership on public transportaion. The whinners now. Public officials are whinning about the decrease in miles driven , why , They are loosing gas tax revenue and they need to make up the shortfall for their pet projects.<br /><br />Bus companies are whinning about full buses as it increases the weight of the bus and requires more fuel to pull the extra load.<br /><br />Bus routes are so full with passengers now that they get full before the end of the route and leave other passengers waiting at the pickup points.
