We cant even get the government to feed the poor people here you want them to foot a bill for pumps. Were already taxed to the max. And yes people don't want government property running through their back yards. They didn't pay all that money for their properties so the government could come in and ruin their views. And you can always pay people to run the pipes through their backyard...And tell me WHAT AMERICAN is going to mind something that can CURE or prevent flooding and natural disasters of their city or nation...What American is going to mind...Because if there is an American that do mind then he is not an American he/she is a traitor...

stuff like getting foreign worker and pay them minimum wage to build those levees and the bridges that need work since America is complaining about not having money to fund those projects...Ohh but America has to look good..

So you are willing not to create this just because you are worry about the pipes going to people's backyard?, when there is a catasthrophy in mind? And it costing the goverment billions of dollars...How much did Katrina (well Katrina was a different type of catastrophy) but how much did Katrina cost the government? 120 billion dollars? And these types of catastrophy occur like ever 4 years? That's what i don't get, in America they don't do a lot of stuff, because they try to look good, when there is lots of damage, lost of money, etc, just because you are trying to look good...... Man created the airplane turbine...If you look at a turbine, it looks like a pump...Yet there is no pump the size of an Airplane Turbine..I swear i don't understand...

They can even build long vast phone cables in the bottom of the ocean for phone lines and i still don't know how they do and did that, yet they did it...And you are going to tell me that this river?

When there is flooding of the sea i don't know if you can stop it but when there is a river over flooding i am sure it can be stop...

Anyway going back to paccattack....If you notice MAN has build HUGE tube pipes to ship petroleum from the Arabian Penninsyla in the middle east all the way to Europe all the way to NORTH AMERICA...You are going to tell me they can do all that, yet they can enty the water from a river all the way to a nearby desert or forrest of where the woods are, WHERE IT IS NEEDY...You are going to tell me that can't happened, yet they can ship petroleum in huge quantities from all the way from 2 continents a... Much of the land around them is near the waters edge or at the level of the many lakes and streams that flow towards the gulf of Mexico. People build their houses and farms around these areas because of the beautiful scenery access to fresh water for crops etc.. When it snows or rains these lakes and rivers become so engorged they spill out over the land they encompass, no pump will ever be designed to thwart mother nature. Here in Southwest Florida, when we get a long heavy downpour, it floods easily. That's because we're about 3 feet above sea level.

I swear this is something i don't understand about Mankind and Americans...Have you seen the biggest machines they show you on the History Channel? And i am thinking Mankind can big such huge machines, and yet they haven't invented a COLOSSAL PUMP...I am talking a pump that will suck water out of a river in big quantities, i am talking suck water in big CHUNK...This way you will prevent natural disasters....And build like a gigantic stadium but a swimming pool to hold water so that the water that you pump out from the river can go into this stadium or something....How come Experts Ingeneers haven't thought of this and are not rushing to do it...Remember as quoted on CNN, Natural Disasters are the worse TERRORRIST ....How come ingenuity and architects and ingeneers haven't not gather to work on this problem, you know to prevent flooding....

How come huge pumps have not been build...The pumps that i see the TV when there is natural disasters are so pathetic...Come on U.S.A. you are lagging behind, you need to be in the forefront of this inventions...

You know and that water that people pump out of the river when it floods over can be saved for when there is sequia (drought)...

No one has tackled this yet...Man has created Huge buildings and yet this...And you know maybe there is not enough money to sponsor it, but at least have the schematics and sketches and drawing and scheme ready...But not even this...You know flooding like natural disasters usually cost like 12-30 BILLIONS, all the time, sometimes costing even more...

I swear i don't understand...If the pump has to be stationary so be it....

There is not even pumps the size of a house...I am talking a pump the size of the empire state building...
