McCain is 71 if I'm not mistaken and he's running for President of the United States. The average age of a Supreme Court Justice is 68.

I don't understand why the money wasn't in an envelope. Even when I've withdrawn a couple of hundred, the teller always asks if I want her to place it in one of those small envelopes. I'm glad that people were around to help him. Here's another hint - don't open up your car window while driving with papers on the seat or make sure they're secured. I was on my way to make a car payment the other day and, being 90-something degrees, opened the windows to breathe, since the AC was taking a few minutes to get cool enough. Suddenly the check blew toward the window, but I was able to get it closed just in time. I wouldn't have lost anything (who can cash a check made out to my credit union?) but that taught me a lesson. Good Samaritans rush in to save man s cash

70-year-old loses thousands in bank parking lot; 96 percent of stash found.

TORRANCE, Calif. - A dozen bystanders rushed in to help a 70-year-old man after he stumbled leaving a Southern California bank, causing thousands of dollars to scatter in the wind.

Ludwig Geier says hundreds of bills were gone in no time, flying through the air and littering the First National Bank's parking lot in Torrance on Monday.

Almost immediately, about a dozen bystanders rushed in to help. The machine shop owner says about 96 percent of the money was found.

Geier says he's going to pray for those good Samaritans, adding, If I could get them together, I'd buy them dinner and drinks.
