Original Blog Entry: PA Lottery nighttime TV drawings for 8/11 wasn't shown on WPVI last night

Here in Philly on WPVI 6, the Pennsylvania Lottery nighttime TV drawings didn't air last night at 6:59 PM ET. Instead viewers got a black screen and the channel 6 logo for the entire time period that the drawing usually be on. Apparently, this was just a problem with just WPVI. I contacted Channel 6 and they told me: Dear Mr. May,

I received your email about the lottery. Unfourtunately, last night, we had a rare technical error which prevented us from picking up the live drawing. We appreciate your contacting us and thank you for watching Channel 6.
