It can happen but it will take like 700,000 drawings or more...<br

The more ballsets they add, the more tweaks they do to RNG's to make drawings more 'random' ..... the more it comes back to bite them on the behind making players question just how random are the drawings.

Having back to back like numbers is all part of random.

I was just looking over the results for the ohio pick 3 and pick four and noticed they pulled the exact same pick three for the mid and evening drawing 249. They also pulled the same pick four number in consecutive evening drawings 6779 and 9776. Makes me kinda wonder.
