			<description><![CDATA[<p> ev-od hi-lo system again<br /><br />Cash 5 is 38 numbers in S.C.<br /><br />break each decade into ev-od hi-lo sets. there are 16 sets<br /><br />[01 02 05 06] [11 12 15 16] [21 22 25 26] [31 32 35 36]<br /><br />These are the lottery numbers in each set per decade<br /><br />01 03 / /02 04/ / 05 07 09 / 06 08<br /><br />11 13 / 10 12 14 / 15 17 19 / 16 18<br /><br />21 23 / 20 22 24 / 25 27 29 / 26 28<br /><br />31 33 / 30 32 34 / 35 37/ / 36 38<br /><br />Pick 5 sets and wheel them out. filter if needed to cut plays.<br /><br />6 sets have 3 lottery numbers. 10 sets have 2 lottery numbers.<br /><br />putting the decade in front of the sets help a little better in choosing. I thinks so.
