The employees, of course, have no worries as to their performance, as govt. agencies don't have to follow the same rules it places on the private sectors such as Sarbanes/Oxley or have to be productive for their shareholders. I can think of a few others that are huge failed bureaurocracies that just take tax dollars, have agendas, do nothing productive, or should totally be overhauled and given over to the private sector.
