Stories like these are why we should do our own research on any subject and not take someone else's word as the truth. The attorney's are wasting their time, if this were a true fact, he would have not gotten past the primaries. The Democrats and Republicans would have gotten him out of the race fast. Do you think that they would wait this long to get rid of him? BTW - Obama's cousin is not the President of Kenya. But, the Prime Minister of Kenya Odinga, is claiming to be his cousin which Obama has said is not true.... [ More ]

I don't believe the attorneys would be wasting their time, effort and money let alone the investigators and authors if there wasn't something to this.

It's a case of trying to use spaghetti as a wall covering (rather than paint). Throw enough of it and hope something sticks. If at least one parent is a citizen, the child is considered a citizen. They did this to McCain, too.

Do you honestly believe that if he were not a natural born citizen, he would have been able to get this far? No!!! If there was any truth to his not being a citizen he would have been out on his a** the moment he announced he was running for President.

Unfortunately, for the last several administrations, the Cabinet has been *full* of people with dual citizenship - and their loyalty to a certain other country is not divided at all.

check this out. There is evidence Obama is not a natural born citizen and therefor cannot become President of the U S of A!!! If he has a ligit birth certificate WHY DOESN'T HE JUST PRODUCE IT??? Instead, he and the DNC as well , are filling for dismissal of the lawsuit etc.

Also, today Jerome Corsi was arrested in Kenya and deported before his news conference took place there. He is the author of OBAMA NATION and traveled to Kenya to look for Obamas birth certificate. The story goes that witnesses and relatives of Obama in Kenya stated that his mother was not allowed on the airplane to return to Hawii because they feared she was about to give birth. The birth certificate posted on the internet is a fake altered birth certificate of Obama's sister!

Obama's cousin is the President of Kenya.

One of the very good reasons our forefathers put in the constitution that only a natural born citizen could become president is so that no president would have divided loyalty to another country!

If the judge should dismiss this case they will immediately go to the next higher court.

Today on the Alex Jones show Webster Tarpley said anyone can copy the lawsuit filing from the site and change a couple names to fit your state and file it there or give it to your attorney friend or local newspaper, TV show etc. Why? Because the gov. state offices have not done their duty to make sure this candidate was legal to put on the ballot of that state. That is why the lawsuit has been expanded to include gov. bodies and officials. What a mess. . .
