Seems since Chicago politics is said to be interlaced with deep mafia ties anyone investigating wouldn't be "able" to complete much less publish it. Up to now no one has filed a lawsuit and sent up a red flag for a more thorough investigation.

Come on people! Give the CIA and FBI some kind of credit. Do you really think that they could allow someone to infiltrate the U.S. Government as a Senator and then run for the U.S. President without doing a thorough background check? I believe they are much smarter than that. You'll have to come up with one better than that for me to believe it.

No not heard about that. Aren't birth certificates considered private information not to be displayed without consent? In Georgia you have to request one in writing, or if in person have to show identification or court document showing you have the authority to acquire a birth or death certificate for someone. If someone can obtain either birth or death certificates in any state through other means please elaborate.

While in Hawaii he's going to magically produce/hatch a birth certificate with "official seal" to refute Berg's allegations. Why not just request in writing for a certified copy to present it to the judge to get the suit dismissed due to lack of merit? But then he'd have to produce college records which might have citizenship other than American listed. Have read Chinese are masters at counterfeit most anything so no telling what's going to magically appear when.... [ More ]

Here is Mr. Phil Berg on Fri. night talkshow with update of Berg vs. Obama (BO is not a natural born U.S. citizen and therefor not elegible to run for President)

Instead of producing his birth certificate he filed a motion to dissmiss then a protective order.

NOW HE HAS LEFT HIS CAMPAIGN AND GONE TO HAWAII. Is it really to visit ailing grandmother or is he running from the law?
