An Augsburg College student and Sarah Palin supporter from Alaska was beaten on election night while walking to her dorm and was called a racist by a group of four young women because she had on a McCain/Palin presidential campaign button, authorities and the victim said. Annie Grossmann, a freshman on the Minneapolis college's hockey team, suffered blurred vision and is thought to have had a concussion from a punch in the eye, but declined medical attention, she said. <br... Last week at the University of Kentucky a likeness of Obama was hanged in effigy. Yesterday in Alabama an interracial couple were victims of a cross burning. In Michigan a Saginaw man walked down the street in full Knights of Ku Klux Klan regalia while waving an American flag & toting a handgun. and the list goes on and on....<br

I didn't know this blog was about who Obama chose in his cabinet and confusion about the "democrat/Liberal battle and evil corporate executives and sick people. Are we on point with the blog. That's exactly why I blocked people. This blog is about bigots who were mad that Obama won and posted racial slurs on a college campus.

Those Westboro people have gone way beyond what is allowed by the First Amendment. One's rights end when they violate another's rights or cause harm. Those people are just plain sick.

I just spoke to my sister in Boston and a Black church in Boston was burned down following Obama's victory. There are no specific details yet, since this is an arson investigation. I know we can't blame everything on politics, but of course there is a reason to be suspicious. Toad - I understand your concern, but why not be patient? I have no problem with Barrack being president, but i am starting to question the names being floated around as possible candidates for his team in the white house. Most of them are the same ole names we've heard and seen before. Where's the change

Anybody remember the "Blue eyes, brown eyes" exercize done in 1968. It was done on all white kids. At Baylor University, the largest Baptist College in the world, White students became enraged after Obama won the election. Tempers flared as they burned Obama signs and began yelling racial slurs at Black students. Nooses were left hanging from trees, according to the police.
