If you want to prove a point, get your way, or change someone&#x27;s mind,  &#x22;compromise&#x22; moves farther and farther away. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Have you ever had a conversation with someone and when you started to say something, they jumped in - cut you off and answered you before you finished saying what you had to say? My question is - how can you answer me when you didn&#x27;t hear what I had to say?<br /><br />Some people need to learn listening skills. If you are thinking about what you are going to say when someone is talking - you are not listening.<br /><br /></p>]]></description>
