Black People: India, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Bolivia, YOu need this: Please USA you need to find a way to repower your black people...Your black people are in a such a decadent state...Also something black people need to do is create Black folks graduate school, just like they got black colleges, the same thing they should do the same with graduate school....You need to do this Black people....Brazil are you listening, India are you listening?Argentina are you listening?Chile are you listening, you all need to do this...in your repective countries and around the world...LOok Black Minorities Graduate schools are the are the new MegaMillions, this is more important than winning MegaMillions...You need this...Argentina and Chile you need to find a way to create Graduate schools for Native Indians of Argentina and for regular Argentinians and Chilean...And you need to do it for black people living in your country, and everyone who looks and for mixed people...Brazil, India, Egypt, Argentina, Chile, you need to do this...You know how black folks created their own Black colleges in the USA, well you do the same thing with your minority people and your native indians but for Graduate schools and the school that comes after graduate school....USA, Peru, Bolivia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Ecuador, Chile, India you need to create Indian Graduate schools just the same way black people got black colleges....You need to do this....

Got a question, i heard they got schools where only boys attend, wander if you can do the same thing with graduate schools but for females only...

Brazil this is for you, i bet you got Dia de la Etnia Negra, well know something? that's not as important as is BLACK GRADUATE SCHOOLS MORE SO THAN BLACK COLLEGES, WELL YOU NEED BLACK COLLEGES but more BLACK GRADUATE SCHOOLS [well not exactly for blacks but for everyone mixed who looks blacks, blacks and rare spanish girls and for some spanish that are mixed], you need to do this, everyone who is a minority...Do this in Europe also...Everyone who is a genetic minority, you need to do this...

And if you can find a way to give scholarships to this people....I wonder how much it will cost to create a black or genetic minority graduate school....

This may sound strange but i don't think you should pitch 4 pounds of rice with 9 pounds of rice in the same plate/school....

United States YOU NEED TO DO THIS...FRANCE YOU NEED TO DO THIS...INDIA, YOU NEED TO DO THIS...CHILE, ARGENTINA, BRAZIL, PERU YOU NEED TO DO THIS....
