<br />So knowing this i think one should eliminate the drawing that were done on the road. This creates another problem because i don't know where that information is. It will be har to keep track of the different states the drawing were held and run two seperat historys. <br /><br />That why i said what i did in the other post. We have to keep every draw as a seperate individual draw and not concern ourselves with history so much just because they might have drawn the number 50 30 times and the... [ More ]
