I never took this case seriously. However, I guess a person can be sued for just about anything these days. Does that mean you can sue your parents if you're unhappy? "Well, Your Honor, if I hadn't been born, I wouldn't be such a miserable slob."

I can understand that he is hurt, but to take back what is given to sustain life is out of the question. I don't think he will win. The contract for donors should also state there is no returns of donated organ(s).

I like the comments here. I was being facetious. Actually, he sounds like a bit of a control freak. Not sure if anyone here ever watches the show "House" but one episode was about a woman who was in love with her friend and knew she was going to leave her. She donated an organ (think it was a kidney) and told Dr. Cameron she knew all along, but figured her friend would feel too guilty about leaving her after she made such a sacrifice.

A man who donated his kidney to his wife is suing her. He said Give me my kidney back or pay me $1.5 million.

I heard this story on the radio last week and thought it was funny, but here's a man who saved his wife's life and she cheated on him with her physical therapist. Guess she didn't like his other organs!

Puts a whole new meaning to those songs that cry When you left, you took a part of me...
