you can't play if didn't set up the account before the new laws came into effect. So if you are living in the US you cannpt use any site that were available before.

A man using Pennsylvania bookies won the Texas lotto. Texas refused to pay out because the rule was the holder of the winning ticket had to be the one purchasing the ticket and not a third party.<br /> I have no idea what the outcome of the court case was. uh...that might be hard to do ladidi. i don't think you will find it. back when i was naive enough to think it could be done, i posted, and got no response. i think there is a reason for that. i don't think you can do it in the us.
