As you can see on #8 which represent 88, there was a blackout on 1/11/09, the following day there were 2 hits on double 88 all states. Yesterday we got a blackout (day with no hit), so today we are expecting 88 to return. When looking at the history there has not been a consecutive blackout on 88, so your safe bet is to place it after the blackout day on all states.
