As far as your first paragraph goes, thank you. You may have noticed from my previous blogs that I am not a party person. There are good ideas on both sides of the aisle. What is most important to me is what is the right thing based on constitutional law. My two favorite congressmen are Dennis Kucinich and Ron Paul...a democrat and a republican. They would make a 'dream ticket' (in either order) in my opinion. It pains me to see the political division in this country. We are going t... [ More ]
But we have to stop the debt/interest game. It was created by the bankers for the bankers and it goes back to the 1800's. Presidents and statesmen going as far back as Washington warned us of the bankers. We just didn't heed them. We didn't realize how evil they could be. A fresh slate would allow us to start anew with a new plan and cut the puppet strings once and for all.

<br

How to fix the economy for less than $1 billion and remake America

All of these steps must be taken as simultaneously as possible.

1. Give each and every American citizen with a valid social security number (including all children) $3 million TAX FREE. All debts up to $3 million must be paid off within 30 days of receiving this money or the debtor is punishable with incarceration until such debt is paid off as outlined in step # 8 below. Any person depriving a citizen (e.g., his children) of the $3 million should be punished the same way. A bank account must be established for each citizen (including children) in order to receive the money and the money cannot be accessed or used by anyone other than the account holder.

2. Deport all illegal aliens. Enforce all immigaration and citizenship laws. Monitor and enforce visas. Deport violators permanently.

3. Make ALL usury (debt with interest) illegal. (This is a crucial step.) Eliminate the sale of US Treasury notes and all other debt instruments. Eliminate consumer credit cards. Eliminate interest bearing accounts.

4. Eliminate Social Security, welfare, Medicaid, Medicare and all other federal government handouts, including all foreign handouts.

5. Eliminate the income tax and all other current forms of federal taxation and replace it with a consumption tax (sales tax). This tax should only be enough to cover the costs of step # 7 (below) and to pay off our foreign debt in a reasonable fashion. After our debt has been paid off the tax will be adjusted downward.

6. Close all US military bases around the world and bring all troops and armaments home to defend our borders. Ensure Posse Comitatus. Any violation of this act shall be considered treason and punished as such.

7. Restructure the federal government to be allowed to do only what it has been specifically tasked to do by the US Constitution (another crucial step. I believe there are only 20 functions assigned to the federal government by the Confederacy of States). The nation's money supply must be based on a set commodity such as gold and must be fully controlled by the federal government. The government cannot create new money except to replace money lost due to circulation. Eliminate all government agencies except those that are needed to do the specific functions as tasked by the Constitution (that would eliminate almost all federal agencies).

8. Re-define the banking industry. Banks will no longer be able to use any of it's customers deposits for any reason whatsoever. Customers will no longer get interest for accounts. All banking operating costs and profits must be derived from fees it charges its customers. Any bank that fails to return 100% of a customer's deposit (minus fees) upon demand will be immediately closed down, assets liquidated and returned to depositors, and its owner and board of directors will receive a mandatory sentence of forced labor within a prison until their depositors have been paid off, or until death, whichever comes soonest. Forced labor will consist of performing services or manufacturing things for the state at a reasonable wage for that function. All wages are to be given in equal increments to the defrauded depositors.

(Note: All forms of stealing should be dealt with harshly and punishment should be focused on repaying the victim.)

9. Eliminate all futures trading markets. Limit public trading markets to stocks and bonds issued by corporations. (No more public trading on currencies, commodity futures, etc.). The investor accepts ALL risk incurred. No citizens or government entity outside of the company and its investors are to be held liable for any losses incurred by that company. Companies convicted of defrauding their investors should be treated the same as the bankers in step # 8.

10. Return to the rule of law. Anyone entrusted with enforcing the law (as applied equally to all men) who fails to perform their duty shall be held equally liable and punishable for the same crime.

11. The $3 million handout is a one-time deal and the citizen must use it to provide for his debt repayment, his own retirement, food, shelter, etc., for the rest of his life. All future citizens must provide their own money to support themselves from cradle to coffin. This last sentence must be drilled into our children's heads as a fact of life. There will be no bailouts, we are responsible for ourselves.

We have to eliminate the 'debt/interest' mentality. We must realize that interest and debt is fake money and has no inherent value. This concept has been abused to such an extent that it has endangered the future standard of living of all men for the benefit of very few. We also have to eliminate the it's the government's job to take care of me mentality. We are each responsible for ourselves. If someone endangers our ability to do that, thay should be dealt with harshly.

This could be a fresh start and get us out of this mess cheaply and permanently. Unfortunately, it will never happen.

... [ More ]
