			<description><![CDATA[<p>The top pic from straight above looks like the least doctored for effect, one thing is for sure, it is dark at night in North Korea.  No light pollution.......(Natl. Geographic cover a month or two ago),  why don&#x27;t we offer them some scientific cooperation, like building an observatory high up on one of them very dark NKorean mountaintops? We&#x27;ll call the observatory the USNK Skywatcher program and then we could be friends with Kim Jong-il and the great people of North Korea. China was total commie, and couldn&#x27;t survive either they went capitalist ala slave labor to support the &#x22;workers&#x22; it is going to get harder and harder to control the &#x22;workers&#x22; eventually.</p>]]></description>
