Africa i don't know which countries have lottery but if you create a United African Lottery you need to tax that lottery 50% and then let the proceed go to Roads building...That's the mainly thing you need to work on...

you see like how i said before, each country situation is unique...each region/country situation is unique...

Take advantage that your labor is cheap and use the proceeds from the lottery and let it go to road building....If you can you need to create a 1 billion dollar lottery and then tax it 50%...United from all the Africans countries...

I am talking about a lottery that gives out 1 billion dollars as the reward again if you can...If you can't then make it 400 million or something like that...But this lotto must be several times a year, like some 4 times a year....You will have to charge the price of each ticket to 2 dollars...

I heard you have 53 countries and you are going to tell me your 53 countries are for nothing...Panama lottery revenue is 500 million dollars EACH DAMN YEAR and that only with 3 MILLION GOD DAMN people...And each of your country don't even have 3 million the smallest one got like 15 million people...So what are you telling me...Both you and Russia need to work on Roads...But your case is a little distinct from Russia...What surprises me is that Spain got a 1 billion dollar in prizes lottery and spain population is 39 million [last time i check] and if you look at all your countries combined you got how much? Again Africa doesn't have a shade of yellow that's why nobody wants to go there...Tell me is the domincan republic an awful place to stay? No is not, is a wonderful place to stay and the Dominican republic has a lot of black people....Plus you go to Africa y para acabar they don't speak spanish...They speak english but is not the same as speaking the language you grew up with...I hope that they at least they speak English...

but still we should all strife to mantain the world mixed or having a human features garden plus it will prevent world war 3, 4, 8, 21, 22, 23, 30, 36, 50,51...and 72....or and 75 too....LUckily not every country has nuclear weapons...

plus it is not taking into account some constraints such as the YY gene or females either which should carry a BIG WEIGHT and if you pay attention the attrocities that MALES have done, they are the ones that cause world war1 and all other wars and how rich each person in the country is, like how much they earn...I forget a lot of times that humans are humans i forget that the viruses and bacteria can cause great destructions...and a small constraint is the height...

is a very complex equation...It remainds me of Pick3 PIck4, looks simple yet is a small complex system...

plus you forget that males are like cars they need women to inspire them, think of males as a car it needs women pee [symbolically] to run...plus males are right handed leaving them the left side very weak [don't mind this one i am just making fun of on this one]....again is a very complex equation...plus there is violence...all those things you got to take into consideration....is not just 1 dimension is multiple dimensions...Plus you have to take into consideration what Christ said: Love your brethen as tyself...plus there is the recesive and dominant feature before you are born...Plus you have to understand which countries have nuclear weapons and which one don't, basically who is more likely to end the world in a war and who doesn't...
