USA please listen to me, you need this...You need a Steady Interest Stock Exchange...A system like an account, but where people earn interest...

I was also thinking of a system that works like a bank account, but where people money is slowly increasing or should i say the account of the person is slowly increasing money wise...I call this the Account Interest Stock Exchange...Maybe both can work together...

I was thinking that perhaps people can either play games on this kind of exchange and see their money grow little by little...But i'll like to warn you for this you will need a supercomputer...

Think about it this way, imagine a Pick2/6 and people bet on it and each time they get it correct it goes to their account increasing in money, instead of giving all to 1 person instantly...Little by little the money is accumulating...But i was thinking in something that will accumulate 5 dollars per day at the most one can accumulate 40 dollars per day...Something like a lottery but an easy easy, very easy lottery or game that people can play and they watch their money grow 5 dollars a day or 40 dollars a day...but a person can't touch it at the end of each month but instead at the end of each year or at the end of 5 years...

So USA you need this...I am not sure but this is better than online gambling...And now that i speak of it, now that online gambling looks like it might become a reality, you can add this to it and make this a reality also....I was thinking of a game where you have the option to change it if you see more winners than losers and twick it to the correct standard/measurement...I was thinking in something that will create 20 winners out of 240 losers...Each of those 240 losers spending 2 dollars per bet...It will be kind of like a bank account earning interest daily but except that this is a game...Plus you can only participate 1 time a day...That's the Account Interest Stock Exchange or Daily Interest Stock Exchange...And i was thinking of this exchange working 5 days a week...I was thinking more of a racing video game...

this is different than a lottery because on a lottery you win instantly...but in here you win rations, daily rations...
