i also ask that money be allocated to constructing/building "Big Telescope Observatories" as many as they can all around the world specially where the price of stuff is cheap so that you can have people observing the observatories....Talking Big Telescope Observatories with computers and modern...Brand new....This is the one thing i ask the most of all...we face many dangers from the heavens, dangers that can wipe out 99.9% or 100% of the human race off the face of the planet...If there is one thing i ask the most that carries the most urgency is this...Then everything else comes second...... United States of America please listen to me...I am telling you this and i think this is the most powerful advice you can hear ever or the second best advice you will ever hear...

here it goes...

What did the Irak war teach the USA? That the USA could not fight 5 wars in different countries simultaneously alone...But the Irak war was a miniscule war...World WAr 3 and World War 4, and the other World Wars if they ever break out, will be fought in multiple levels, there will be many countries involve, there will be a mass loss of life, and it will be more savage and smarter....

SO WHAT THE UNITED STATES SHOULD DO TO IS PREPARE FOR WORLD WAR 3 AND THE OTHER WORLD WARS IF IN CASE THEY WAS TO BREAK OUT...

The United States should have a FUND or reserve or EMERGENCY FUND where the USA saves money every year or every month stacking up money for if in case World War 3 was to break out...

The USA is stacking up piles of nuclear and bomb weapons and missiles yet it forget the most important part, and that is MONEY...it is not stacking up money....I am talking stacking up like 100 billion dollars each month...

Can someone tell the Pentagon or the White house this....

Please dont come with OH the USA will only print more money because it will not work....

just so you know....The USA should save two kinds of money or funds...ONE FUND, the largest one, should be for world war 3...The smallest fund should be for smaller scale wars....

CALL IF THE WORLD WAR 3 FUND....AND THE SMALL SCALE WARS FUND...

Has the USA done this...I DON'T THINK SO....

THE USA SHOULD ALSO STOCK UP COMBAT PLANES FOR WORLD WAR 3...

THAT and make sure NOBODY IN THE WORLD gets a hold of the machine that prints the dollar bills.....

NOW IMAGINE that the Sahara Desert belong to the USA and it was repleto/it was covered with combat planes belonging to the USA...Now tell me if there will not be world peace with that...and i am sorry to be the one saying this, but if the lottery revenue from all states went to buy this combat planes to stock up the USA will have been in the strongest shape ever....

A war ship only has so many missiles in their stock and it takes them time to reload from the time it fires the first missile to reload the next missile or just to reload a set of new missiles and it only has so much missiles....While if you was to have 100 combat planes going after 1 ship from different directions and they were to fire their all of their missiles simultaneously the war ship will not be able to take it...this is not the first time i said this...

I don't know if the USA owns the companies that make combat planes, but one thing the USA can do is use the lottery money to build factories/companies that manufacture fighter/combat planes....This just proves that each country approach is different...

sorry to say this in LP but i don't know why i give advice to the USA, for it is a very racist nation...You may dislike me, but think about this, people complain about the USA living in the USA, protest, against president Bush, all that...President Bush father was my favorite president and after him comes ex president Bush i will not protest against him, yet this is my protest this is my critique of the USA...Is a great nation but it is not perfect...

But i honestly don't know if the USA can populate the Sahara with combat planes....But think about this...Suppose the U.N was to tax the FOREX which can draw up to 1.5 trillion dollars EACH DAY, I'VE BEEN TOLD THAT IT REACHES ALSO TO 2 TRILLION EACH DAY...EAch damn year...Now suppose this...Suppose you was to tax the Forex, suppose the U.N was to tax 200 billion dollars each day from the forex and use it to populate the Sahara with combat planes...LOL...Tell me if that will not bring world peace...200 billion each day? That's 1 trillion almost every 5 days...AND ALL GOING TO BUY COMBAT PLANES AND POPULATE THE SAHARA...WHO IN THE FREAKING WORLD WILL MESS WITH YOU...TO PREVENT WORLD WAR 3 AND WORLD WAR 4 AND WORLD WAR 5 AND ALL OF THE WORLD WARS....CAN WORLD PEACE BE POSSIBLE? IT SURE CAN....YOU TAKE 5 DAY TO SAVE TO BUY COMBAT PLANES AND 2 DAYS WHICH WILL BE 400 BILLION DOLLARS TOWARDS SAVING FOR THE WORLD WAR 3 EMERGENCY PEACE FUND...Do they use their heads: NOPE...CAN WORLD PEACE BE POSSIBLE...IT SURE CAN...AND WHAT ABOUT A GLOBAL ONLINE GAMBLING FOREX THAT IS ALSO TAXED...LOL...AND SUPPOSE WE EXPAND THE INTERNET AND THEN TAX IT WHICH IS GLOBAL...THE GLOBAL ONLINE GAMBLING FOREX AND THE INTERNET REVENUE WITH I THINK CAN DRAW LIKE 500 BILLION YEARLY....THEN THE U.N TAX IT also...and the U.N been a separate entity separate from any country....That way if 9 countries are going against 9 countries, we challenge all 18 countries if they dont quit and we invade all 18 countries....I got this idea from the T.V....

I got a better idea...if 9 countries want to go after 9 countries we let them do it, after they are exhausted and since they didn't save for world war 3, and the U.N or whatever entity from the Sahara since is better funded and prepared for World War3, we go after all 19 countries when they are exhausted and bomb the crap out of them take them as SLAVES and let their economy be bad for 100 or 150 years, let them join the countries poorest nations for 100 years or 150 years...Compa you say you want to bring world piece right...Is that just a word or what...Uuuuuuaaaaaahhhhhh, uuuuuuaaaaahhhhhh....[mad scientist laughing]....Don't you notice that Germany and Japan dont go to war....Make countries think twice before going to war....

And when we are bombing all 19 countries, we first go after the 9 countries that won for they will be exhausted and then after the 9 countries that lost...And what we destroy first? We first destroy their banks, all banks we then go after the place where they print their money [their dollars], i am undecided whether to go after their hospitals..And once everything is devasted we do not offer them no international assistance or food or anything of that nature...i know females don't go to war but females damn well they could protest against their governments going to war...They should think twice before letting a lot of stuff....We manipulate what currency they are going to get; remember they are slaves...i thought about this idea but also got it from the T.V from Poppy Harlow on CNN the words she said....And i don't care who is fighting...And after we devasted everything, we let the armies of cuba, jamaica, dominica, the Panama police, the Suriname army and police and Bolivia or small countries police INVADE AGAIN....as a joke...

this sure makes a good movie...
