			<description><![CDATA[<p>The Cincinnati Enquirer<br /><br />Thursday, April 2, 2009<br /><br />Domino&#x27;s Forced to Bailout Franchise Owners After Gaffe<br /><br />Domino&#x27;s Pizza is out thousands ... of free pizzas, that is, after someone discovered an online promotion the company scrapped, but failed to deactivate.<br /><br />Someone entered bailout in the Domino&#x27;s promo code window on their website and discovered he would be eligible for a free medium pizza.<br /><br />You can imagine the feeding frenzy once word hit the Web and Twitter on Monday night, and 11,000 free pizzas were delivered before the code was deactivated Tuesday morning.<br /><br />Besides failing to deactivate the promo, it looks like they never fully implemented it, as there shold have been some limits to prevent the overuse of the code.<br /><br />Domino&#x27;s has strepped up and agreed to bail out its franchisees, picking up the tab as it obviously should have, since it was the company&#x27;s mistake.<br /><br />... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://blogs.lotterypost.com/truesee/2009/4/dominos-pizza-gives-11000-free-pizza-away.htm">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
