I do have an update to my last blog post about my foot. I did go to the doctor today. I went ahead and KO'd 2 birds with one stone since I was also a week to a week and a half away from running out of my blood pressure medicine. My doctor did some blood work and recommended me to a foot doctor (with an appointment next Thursday afternoon). She also wrote an excuse and advised me not to close at all next week (and I handed it over to the big cheese at work before I went to get my prescriptions filled). In the meantime, she prescribed me some more steroid pills* and an anti-inflammatory medicine until I see the foot doctor. I'm hopefully a step closer to getting my foot problem taken care of.

*Remember last year when I had steroid pills prescribed to me for my left foot? It seemed like my luck on scratchers went through the roof after taking them. Maybe it'll be the same case this time.
