Pick 4 - Pair Play System

As mentioned in the forum that I am looking into pair play options in Pick 4. This is 90% view of the new system cater towards this play option. Not all states offer pair play options, however this can be use for pair analysis.

Right now it is 80% completed. It is all automated, simply plug-n-play-n-pick. Haha.

Need to add in few more components from my other sheets to give this generating power for winning pairs. Right now, I only have it for Pick 4. Will be working on the Pick 3 version in the near future. Once it is finished I am going to beta test it for awhile before releasing it, so when I get questions I am able to offer support.

After this release I am going to stay low key for awhile...My gf is mad at me for not spending enough time with her...
