			<description><![CDATA[<p>&#x3c;br /&#x3e;Sunspot activity is not following its usual 11 year cycle which seems to indicate less global heating.&#x3c;br /&#x3e;&#x3c;br /&#x3e;My son reminded me that in the early 70&#x27;s people who operated CB (citizens band) radios were saying that for the next 20 years there would be an increasing solar flare activity cycle which would interfere with CB signals.  It lasted a couple of years longer.  As of the latest data those flares for the most part are not happening.</p>]]></description>
