			<description><![CDATA[<p>Burglar made himself at home, cops say - While a family from this Hamilton County community was away on vacation, 19-year-old Nicholas Truesdell broke in and used the residence as his own including driving the family car, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff&#x27;s Department.<br /><br />By Carrie Whitaker<br /><br />Cincinnati Enquirer<br /><br />June 27, 2009<br /><br />ANDERSON TWP.<br /><br />According to his arrest report, Truesdell forced open a rear window of a four-bedroom home on Kingscove Way on June 16 and stayed for a week while the family was on vacation.<br /><br />He also took the family&#x27;s 2007 Nissan Altima from the garage and drove it around for more than 48 hours, slept in the master bedroom, watched television and used the computer at the house, according to the affidavit filed in municipal court.<br /><br />Truesdell is charged with burglary, a second-degree felony, and unauthorized use of a vehicle, a first-degree misdemeanor.<br /><br />Truesdell lives about two miles away on Friartuck Lane, according to his arrest report.<br /><br />He was arrested at the sheriff&#x27;s D-5 substation on Beechmont Avenue at noon on Friday.
