Heard Rev. Manning say today on infowars.com if BO gets control of health care, and it's one 6th of our economy, then he will have the power to say who lives and who dies. Aside from that atrosity, I can't help but think it's another way for the gov gangsters to siphon off $ for themselves somehow from this new healthcare system proposed. I'm sure it's not because they want to help ppl.

Seems for forever the government's dumbing down message is to run to the doctor instead of being proactive about our own health such as basic hand washing, food handling, all the stuff our parents and grandparents taught us before medical care became accessible to all. We've been taught to be dependent upon the system instead of using common sense with everyday maladies such as yogurt for diarrhea, lemon juice and honey for a cough, etc. The government's been softening us up... Yes, any urban area that is red on the political map (they all are) has a constituency that puts undue pressure on any healthcare system. It is a direct result of the perpetuation of the welfare state, bad health choices, and an unwillingness to change for the better. This whole plan is another govt. attempt at social engineering, it hasn't worked before and it won't work this time.

I don't know what their condition was.... then all of the sudden like a flood, people started showing up at the ER. It was a little after 1 am when i was seen. It didn't matter how many times i asked the head nursing attendant when i might be seen but she didn't hesitate to tell me about how they graded injuries/symptoms and how hey go about seeing people and taking them back to a cubicle to be seen by a doctor. Adding the government to the equation is far too much intrusion into our lives and an iron clad guarantee to mess things up big time. If congress wanted to do something constructive they could get the tort ambulance chasers and insurance companies under control and we'd all be better off. Oh I forgot much of congress and the pres are attorneys well paid by lobbyist.

What large metropolitan areas? NY, Boston, Chicago, Baltimore, Detroit, Los Angeles? Democratic bastion urban areas consisting entirely of Dem. cultures of corruption and govt. ineptitude. Need an appointment to see a doctor for a bad knee you have to call your HMO if you have one then get a doctor to fax an appointment to the nearest care center your HMO says you can go to then you have to wait possibly 3 weeks to see a doctor for your knee. The whole medical care system in the usa is a farce, a financial ripoff, and a nightmare for just about anyone. The drug companies are in cahoots with the doctors.
