I have no doubt that one day you will walk into your doctors office or if by chance end up in the ER and they will wave a scanner over your body and be able to tell if anythings wrong with you in a matter of minutes.

What I need at my age is to have a machine where my body is rolled in and it does rejuvenation of body parts that are worn out. All without surgery

Is sci-fi realy sci-fi? In my lifetime I have seen many sci-fi creations become real. Now if I could create a lottery decipher engine to get the next draw would be nice.
