You then create 20 million dollars International Online Senators Private Powerball for government officials...Then there will be 150 types of 20 million dollars Private Powerball for Senators only every year...Divided by 24 2-weeks in a year equals: 6...This means that every 2 weeks there will be 6; 20 million Online Senators Private Powerball only for government officials for that continent each paying 20 million dollars...And you can make it free...Or if you want to be technical you charge 50 cents per each ticket and the money collected from the 50 cents tickets goes to pay taxes or propaganda or whatever...But Remember is only for Government Officials...
