Mods to Phase II were so intriguing to my client that I've been commissioned to provide a similar mod to Phase I before anything is actually published. Being so close to being able to utilize the output there'll be a delay while this change order is built and executed.

The one thing no one foresaw is all the work necessary to alter the templates to suit the mods. So be it - looks like a road project, since no printed output will be necessary.
