Maybe they should do what Woody Allen once said----"Once I gave up H O P E I felt a lot better." Same goes for C H A N G E!!! <br />Regarding "oil pipeline" I believe it was a natural gas pipeline that the Afgans turned down USA offer of: "Take this amount of $ or we will cover your land with bombs." Story goes they wanted more $.

(With apologies to kids' cereal commercials) ... Drug running and oil pipelines are an important part of a good foreign policy. With the exceptions of the health care scheme and that whole speaks-in-complete-sentences thing, kind of hard to tell Current Boss from Former Boss.

Thanks Em!!! My biggest question is where's the money going to come from to fund all this with our economy in the sewer. Or is this going to lead us into another large scale war as some recent articles I've posted suggest? Obama has said we're not fighting the war on terror anymore so what are we fighting? Who are we fighting for other than bankers?

Why is our military there other than to build infrastructure for drug runners or to control whatever oil pipeline that may be pumping through that area?

Wasn't this the president who vowed to bring out troops home? These headlines certainly don't speak withdrawal.
