Actually 840 million for the public i don't know you can leave it like it is but i think is too much, should be more like 400 million but is up to you...Even if you leave it at: 400 million and make it public worldwide you should get 6 or 8 times that much which will be 3 billion which you can take to create the 840 million dollars Global Government official Powerball...But again is up to you...

Going back to the government official lotto...What they could do is take the 840 million dollars coming their way each year and create a "World Wide 842 million dollar Powerball" and with the money collected from it which will be tripled that amount, create a: 3 types of 842 million dollars Powerball perhaps playing twice a year or every 4 month....

dont expect me to solve the world's problem, i am just working with what i know to put the information out there so that someone could also pick it up and chew it and have a reference and be able to unify all fields and create the Grand theory of how to solve all of the world's problems...

i reserve myself to the lottery, because there is not a lot i can do...my knowledge is limited...i didn't graduate from college or spend years in college learning/choosing all sorts of unthinkable majors, i don't have access to magazines i can read, i dont have access to internet private research, magazines, never held a high office, so there is a ton of stuff i dont have and my resources thing to work with is limited...

Countries got to have like between: 1,000 to 3,000 government officials, just count the number of counties a countrie has...Let's assume is: 3,000 x 200 countries that are there in the world= 300,000 x 4 in a 20 year term= 1 million, 200,000 and that's only the ones that made it, the ones that didn't made it= will be x 4 = 4 million 200,000 and that's only on a 20 year term...

The the government officials community of the world, including heads of state Presidents....Gather government officials from around the world...Gather 4 million of them each wanting to willingly chip in $30 per paycheck for 2 years....It will be, almost 6 BILLION DOLLARS...YOu place it in the bank at: 7% and it should be: 420 million dollars coming to you every single year...You then create a: 420 million dollar Global Government Officials Lotto that pays: 420 million dollars....I am sorry, unfortunately it can't play twice a year so you are going to divide it into 200 million every six months...After the 10th year, it will pay: 420 million every every six months...After the 15th year it will pay: 420 million every 4 month...And after the 20th year, it will pay: 420 million every 3 months..And so on, you do this every 5 years...You do this every 5 years....If you don't like it, let it pay: 840 million once a year after the 10th year and they don't have to do it again...Is up to you....I was just trying to help....
