			<description><![CDATA[<p>IE8 has been rated repeatedly as the safest browser currently (believe it or not).  I know that IE always get dumped on -- and for good reason when you look at a POS like IE6 -- but not any more.&#xa0; &#xa0; It&#x27;s not the fastest, but IE8 is rated the safest mainstream browser these days.</p>]]></description>
