I am seeing a trend, where the mirrored numbers are following in quadsit is following in a different state. Example 8/26/04 = 2222 = 7777 fell 10/4/04 in Delaware. Do you follow me.

6666 missing for all the states listed, we can chace 6666 all states if possible. The 8888 4PM came in OR 8/17/04, OR, mirror 3333 10PM 2/10/05. So if one had played only the mirrored number during this period should have profit, and not loose. Check it out, I don't have the math skills to work it out. I am delegating this solution to you. slysly out for now. Correct me if I am way-off.
